Printed organic cotton labels use 100% natural, unbleached cotton twill with eco-friendly ink, providing a softer, vintage, and organic hand-feel ideal for sustainable apparel.

Within 24 hours of placing your order or uploading your artwork, our production designers create a comprehensive 1:1 scale digital specification proof showing exact weave patterns, thread colors (Pantone matched), fold dimensions, and seam allowances. We only begin weaving after you approve.
We offer all standard garment fold styles: Flat / Heat-Cut (no fold, sew all around), End Fold (clean side folds for necklines), Center Fold / Loop Fold (folded in half for hems and collar seams), Mitre Fold (angled ends for hanging loops), and Manhattan Fold (folded top with book-fold finish).
